Toyota introduces the 2021 Corolla Hatchback Special Edition. It will be available in late summer 2020.
This version comes in limited quantity of 1,500 units. It is only for the hatchback in a single color Supersonic Red.
The car features unique black 18-inch alloy wheels, Special Edition badges, contrasting black trim. The body kit in black includes a roof spoiler, a front splitter, side skirts.
Certainly, it is not a true hot Toyota Corolla from Gazoo Racing we all are looking forward, but a nice stylish version helping warm up the hatchback segment.
Under the hood, the Special Edition is powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder 168-hp engine combined with front wheel drive and a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The hatchback’s equipment is the same as the Corolla SE trim level offers.
A six-speed manual is also available. Rear cross-traffic alert and blind-spot monitoring are optional, as well as a new Enhanced Cargo Space function that lowers the floor for easier load. Moreover, it adds 6.0 ft3 of storage space behind the rear seat.
