Consumer Reports has analyzed the current state of vehicle owner satisfaction and compiled the list of 10 most disappointing models.

We are offering here a fresh owner satisfaction rating of Consumer Reports. The editors selected the 10 most disappointing models or the least satisfying ones based on the data of the latest member surveys (whether owners say they would definitely buy the same vehicle again if given the choice), as well as on CR’s ratings on testing and reliability.
