Consumer Reports non-profit organization, that makes its own unbiased product ratings, presents the latest TOP 10 unreliable cars in the last 12 months.
CR’s ratings are based on car owner satisfaction surveys (including customer complaints) which are constantly updated.
The CR experts studied 17 trouble areas of different complexity (from simple to more serious issues) and weighted the severity of each problem for creation a predicted-reliability score for each vehicle.
So, customers can look at the TOP 10 pick of the cars with the greatest risk of further problems. It could help to make a right choice while purchasing a vehicle.
At the same time, the picks of Consumer Reports are for recommendation only, and should not be perceived as an ‘ultimate truth’.
Well, the organization’s latest reliability anti rating, so to say, comprises the following models:
