The first photos of the refreshed Baojun 510 in disguise appeared on the Internet in July.
Changes in front are little. Fog light are slightly modified, and a new grille is provided. The main innovations are at the rear: a new bumper and lamps, a redesigned talegate.

The compact SUV, a GM-SAIC’s development, entered the Chinese market in February 2017. In April of the same year it became the best-selling car of the brand and remains such to this day.
Moreover, in February and March 2018 the model even ranked first in the overall list of the best-selling SUVs in China. It overtook the former leader – Haval H6. But in April-May this year, the sales of the 510 dropped, and this fall motivated Baojun to rmodify the model.
The Baojun brand was created first of all for the Chinese market, but its models are also known in other countries. In Indonesia a compact Wuling Cortez is sold (it is a Baojun 730 van). In India the Baojun 530 will be sold under the MG brand.
