As a result of sales in June 2018, the most popular model in Great Britain was the Ford Fiesta. The latest sales results in the second largest market in Europe have been published by the Auto Express, referring to the data of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).
In the first month of the summer 8,900 British consumers chose the Ford Fiesta. The second place was taken by the Volkswagen Golf with the result of 6,873 cars sold, the Vauxhall Corsa (6,076 sales) was the third.
The TOP 10 of June also included the MINI, Volkswagen Polo, Ford Focus, BMW 3-Series, Nissan Qashqai, Volkswagen Tiguan, BMW 3-Series.
As a result of sales since the beginning of 2018, the UK TOP 10 looks somewhat different:
- Ford Fiesta
- Volkswagen Golf
- Ford Focus
- Nissan Qashqai
- Vauxhall Corsa
- Volkswagen Polo
- Ford Kuga
- Mercedes-Benz A-Class
- Mercedes-Benz C-Class
Thus, the Ford Fiesta remains the most popular car in Great Britain. The most popular SUV is the Nissan Qashqai, and Ford is the most popular brand.
