The most potent version of the Subaru Outback is now available to order in the United States. The starting price of $36,995 is even lower than anticipated.
Earlier we supposed the new modification would cost similar to the top-end Outback, that is, around $40,000. Subaru of America has just published the price list. The starting price of the Subaru Outback Wilderness is $36,995 ($38,120 including destination and delivery charge) – slightly less than we expected.
We’ve already reported about what customers will benefit from if buying “the most rugged and capable Outback in history”. Let’s recall: this is about higher ground clearance, special suspension tunings, new bumpers, new finishes, unique exterior / interior accents, as well as Yokohama off-road tires.
Subaru has also announced prices for other trims of the new 2022 Outback. They are equipped with a 2.4-liter BOXER turbo engine and continuously variable transmission (CVT).
Pricing including a $1,125 Destination & Delivery is as follows: Base $28,070, Premium $30,270, Limited $34,720, Turing $38,620, Onyx Edition XT $36,270, Limited XT $39,120, Turing XT $41,070.
The manufacturer reveals the 2022 Subaru Legacy pricing too. Depending on the configuration, the vehicle costs from $23,955 to $37,155 – slightly more than the last year’s model. Base, Premium, Sport, Limited, Limited XT, and Turing XT trim levels are available.
