The Skoda electric car based on the Vision E Сoncept will be built in two body styles: crossover and crossover coupe.
The first deliveries of the production model should take place at the end of 2021. It is still unclear what version will be the first.
The Skoda Vision E concept car looks more like a crossover coupe. Such vehicles are rapidly gaining popularity thanks to the combination of practicality and sporty look.
Both versions will be based on the MEB platform. This architecture is used for all the brands of the VW Group for electric models.
Both variants will be positioned between the Karoq and the Kodiaq. Each of them will have a battery providing at least 300 miles (483 km) of an electric driving range.
The prices will be comparable to the Kodiaq cost for the mid or even the top trim level. It’s about $37,000.
The Vision E crossover will not be the first series electric car of Skoda. The company will launch the Citigo-e city car before.
