From now customers can place deposits for the Nikola Badger.
This is a startup product available as a battery electric or a hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle. The first starts at $60,000, the second – at $80,000.
The stated driving ranges are 300 mi and 600 mi, respectively. Nikola boasts the output will achieve 906 hp and 980 lb-ft of torque.
Among the highlights, there are waterproof displays, a hidden refrigerator, and even a water fountain fed by the fuel-cell powerplant.
A final vehicle’s price will depend on a deposit amount and match it. Deposit holders will have a chance to win a free truck at the company’s December event. They are also entered into a drawing for a free Badger.

The Badger will make its debut on December 4, 2020 at the annual Nikola World event. Production is due to begin in early 2022.
