Today Nissan announced U.S. pricing for the 2020 Nissan Maxima sedan, which is a mid-cycle update for the 2019 model.
Five trim levels are available. They cost from $34,250 to $41,540. All the versions are equipped with a 3.5-liter 300-hp VQ-series V6 engine and an Xtronic transmission.
The grades and prices are as follows: S – $34,250, SV- $36,300, SL – $38,640, SR- $41,450, Platinum – $41,540. Destination and handling costs $895.
The 2020 Nissan Maxima features a deep V-motion grille, standard jewel-like LED headlights, Nissan Signature Daytime Running Lights, a four-wheel independent suspension; a driver-oriented cockpit, “Gliding Wing” interior layout, Nissan Safety Shield 360 (a set of newest driver assist systems).
The brand’s Door to Door Navigation system is standard for levels from the SV and above.
The Maxima Platinum includes NissanConnect function (with navigation, Apple CarPlayTM and Android AutoTM).
The sporty Maxima SR has unique suspension damper tuning, a larger front stabilizer bar, 19-inch wheels and tires.
The Premium Package including Dual Panel Panoramic Moonroof and Intelligent Around View Monitor is now standard on the Maxima SR.
The Safety Shield 360 suite is reinforced with Intelligent Cruise Control and Traffic Sign Recognition.
An innovative Intelligent Driver Alertness (I-DA)2 technology is standard for all levels.
