Prices have been announced for new Porsche 718 Boxster and Cayman GTS 4.0. For the 2021 model year, they’ve got extended list of standard equipment.
The 2021 Porsche 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 convertible and the 2021 Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 coupe come with a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine that delivers 394 hp and 309 lb-ft of torque and standardly combines with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The first starts at $90,250, the second – at $88,150. The models will arrive at the end of 2020.
Good news is the availability of an optional quick-shifting 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission for the both models.
It will cost additional $3730. The new 718 Cayman GT4 and Spyder also got it. Cars with PDK will reach U.S. dealers in early 2021.
The entire 718 Boxster and Cayman lineup receives new standard features for 2021, namely bi-xenon headlights with Porsche’s Dynamic Light System, automatic dual-zone climate control, auto-dimming mirrors with rain sensors, Apple CarPlay, and heated front seats.
A sport exhaust system and a Sport Chrono package with torque vectoring come standard for the GTS 4.0 Cayman and Boxter.
