Nissan has made an announcement on Twitter about the debut of its production-ready Z car on the carmaker’s YouTube channel.
The company has tweeted that it will reveal the all-new Z on August 17 in New York City.
Likely called the Nissan 400Z, the car features a twin-turbo 400-hp V6 engine paired to a 6-speed manual transmission as standard.
Its pricing should start around $40,000 when the company launches the model by the end of 2021.
The previewer of the production version was unveiled last fall. It is about the Nissan Z Proto (see photos below).
The series counterpart will have similar look, including a rear decklid spoiler, a Z badge, trim elements and lighting, as well as performance features.
