Nissan has brought two pickup trucks, a compact crossover and a sports car to the 2019 SEMA Show.
The event is taking place on November 5-8, 2019 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Nevada, the USA.
Nissan is presenting there several developments of the Motorsports team: the Global Time Attack TT 370Z, the Frontier Desert Runner, the Kicks Street Sport and a new Titan with Genuine Nissan Accessories.
Nissan Global Time Attack TT 370Z
It is designed for the 2020 Time Attack racing season. Developers shaved the unibody of unneeded pieces, added a full cage inside for safety and structural rigidity. The exterior carbon fiber aerodynamic package includes a 3D front splitter, a rear diffuser and sideboards.
A 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine with additional turbochargers produces over 750 hp in combination with a HGT Precision 6-speed sequential transmission.
The car has race-specific features like an exhaust system, differential, suspension and steering, as well as NISMO racing components and a custom Brembo brake system, 18×11-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and high performance tires.
Nissan Frontier Desert Runner
The Nissan Frontier Desert Runner familiar to motorists offers a special off-road package in a 4×2 configuration. This Desert Runner at SEMA 2019 is a different vehicle.
The factory 4.0-liter V6 engine is replaced by a 5.6-liter Endurance V8 from the Nissan Titan. The V8 underwent a full race-spec rebuild and produces more than 600 hp and 700 lb-ft of torque in pair with Nissan’s 6-speed manual transmission with Jim Wolf Technology clutch and lightweight flywheel.
Other upgrades include a long travel front suspension kit, race-specific shocks, wheels and 37-inch tires; MA Motorsports’ engine cage and bed cage, fenders, bumpers, a custom spare tire carrier; off-road lighting package and a body wrap.
Racing features inside include a no-frills cockpit, coated floor, a custom harness bar, racing seats and a steering wheel.
Nissan Kicks Street Sport
It is an aggressive-looking performance version of the Nissan Kicks.
The Kicks body’s transformation includes an oversize front air dam, a rear roof spoiler and side skirts, wide fender flares at each corner, wheels and tires, a custom suspension with a combination of NISMO shock absorber and exhaust. A body wrap and graphics are created by Speed Designs.
A 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine receives a custom turbocharger kit. There are specific carbon bucket seats inside.
Nissan Titan with Genuine Nissan Accessories
The new 2020 Titan debuted in September at the State Fair of Texas. The truck for SEMA 2019 comes with custom-fit Genuine Nissan Accessories.
Each Genuine Nissan Accessory is installed and can be financed by the dealer at the time of purchase. It is backed by the warranty with 5-year/100,000 mile coverage.
A long list of Genuine Nissan Accessories in particular includes mats, a sport bar with light covers, marker lights for fenders and a grille, illuminated plates etc.
