Nissan North America has reported a significant sales increase for two models – the Altima sedan and the Pathfinder crossover. What is the reason of the growing demand?
The demand for the Nissan Altima considerably grew in April in the USA. More than 16,500 people bought the sedan: +60% to the result of April 2018.
The new-generation Altima (upper picture) is believed to be better than the Toyota Camry. In particular, the Nissan sedan has an all-wheel-drive version. However, in terms of sales, the Altima and Camry cannot be compared today: the Camry is far ahead.
According to the 2019 ranking of U.S. News & World Report, the Nissan Altima takes the 8th place in the TOP 10 best-sellers.
The Nissan Pathfinder midsize SUV can boast even larger growth: +72%. 4,700 customers chose it.
As in case of the Nissan Altima, the new-generation Pathfinder arrival in the market apparently influenced the demand.
