New Volkswagen Golf GTI and R Offer Bold Styling Options

New 8^th-generation Volkswagen Golf GTI and R are now available with a full line of new accessories, mostly from Oettinger Sports Systems GmbH.

The 2022 Volkswagen Golf GTI and Gold R model have received new styling options which improve the cars’ appearance and functionality.

U.S. customers can address a Volkswagen dealership or an independent auto body shop if they want to have the new components painted or installed.

The list of available ‘goodies’ includes a frameless auto-dimming rearview mirror compatible with HomeLink Connect, Osram’s LED dynamic turn signals (they in a sequential fluid motion when not in use), Dynamic Wheel Center Caps with model-specific logos, front and rear lip valances, a roof edge spoiler.

The design of those center caps allows the GTI or R logo to self-level and stay upright while the wheels and tires are in motion.

Also, there are Rubber MuddyBuddy and carpeted Monster Mats to protect the floors. In late spring, the Bumperdillo protective plate for the rear bumper will be available.
