The manufacturer has officially confirmed it unveils the 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor on February 22, at 08:00 CET via Ford of Europe’s YouTube channel.
The Blue Oval revealed the new-generation Ranger in November and will release its hot version – the Ford Ranger Raptor – in a week.
The teaser video available on the Internet announces the premiere date, February 22, 2022, and specifies some details. The automaker engineered the new Ranger Raptor with smarter technology controlling tougher hardware.
The vehicle’s interior features sports seats, red accents (stripes) all over including a steering wheel, paddle shifters, multiple Raptor nameplates. Ford’s 3.0L EcoBoost V6 engine and major parts are carried over from the 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor.
The exterior features the already-traditional full width “FORD” front grille, skid plates, BFGoodrich all-terrain tires, unique taillights, a center high-mounted stoplight at the rear.
Expect the 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor’s base price will exceed $52,000. U.S. production should begin next May.
