The new Citroën C5 Aircross SUV was launched less that 1 year ago, but has already overstepped the milestone of 100,000 sales.
This model is Citroen’s third best-seller after the C3 and C3 Aircross. In France, it is the 2nd in the C segment.
The brand itself demonstrates the strongest growth among 12 brands in 30 European countries as of December 1, 2019.
The Citroën C5 Aircross features a memorable exterior design, interior comfort, modularity, 20 driver assistand and 6 connectivity technologies, abundant sales mixes. 1 of 2 orders are placed for the range-topping ‘Shine’ version.
The engine choices are 2 petrol (gasoline) and 2 diesel ones: PureTech 130 / 180 and BlueHDi 130 /180, paired either with a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic EAT8 transmission.
Next year Citroen will launch the C5 Aircross in India: it will be the first locally-sold Citroën car. A newcomer, the plug-in hybrid modification with the electric-only driving range of 37 mi /60 km, is on offer too.
The Citroen C5 Aircross prices are:
- £24,435 (regular) and £35,340 (hybrid) in the UK
- €23,540 and €40,390 in Germany;
- €24,700 and €39,950 in France.
