The prices of the fifth-generation Cadillac Escalade have been revealed.
The base model starts at $76,195, it is $1,000 more than before. The Sport trim costs from $85,595.
The Premium Luxury version with the Performance Package is priced at $85,695. You’ll have to pay $101,745 for the top-of-the-range Premium Luxury Platinum and Sport Platinum variants.
These prices are for the rear-wheel-drive SUV.
AWD will cost additional $3,000. The destination fee, which is not taken into account in the pricing, will be around $1,295 (that was the figure for the 2020 model).
A long-wheelbase ESV (Escalade Stretch Vehicle) version with be pricier, of cause.
The 2021 Cadillac Escalade comes with a standard 6.2-liter V8 gasoline engine developing 420 hp and 460 lb-ft (623 Nm) of torque, and an optional 3.0-liter 277-hp turbocharged diesel unit with the same torque as the V8’s, but much sooner available.
Production should start at GM’s Texas factory. In late 2020, the flagship of the brand is due to go on sale.
