New 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Reveal Details Announced

Next-gen 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 worldwide reveal will happen on October 26, 2021 at 12 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time in the format of a feature film followed by a panel discussion.

As we’ve already known, the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 high-performance version will make its world debut on October 26, 2021. Yesterday Chevy informed the exact time of the unveiling and some details of how it would be.

At 12 p.m. EDT the feature video will be shown, and then various individuals will bring a perspective to this new product by taking part in the panel discussion. Viewers may watch it on Chevy’s official website and social media channels.

Despite the fact the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 has been often heard in recent months, not much is still known about the car.

Under the model’s hood, there is a 5.5-liter flat-plane-crank 8-cylinder engine that produces over 600 horsepower at 8500-9000 revolutions per minute. The unit operates in combination with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The manufacturer once mentioned the Corvette Z06 would have an FE2 suspension pack (between the Soft Ride FE1 and the Sport Suspension FE3), wireless phone charging, visualization of driving mode selection, several adjustable active aerodynamics features.

Judging by the first official photo of the upcoming model which Chevy lately released, its exterior design, at least the front fascia, is inspired by a Corvette C8.R – a grand tourer racing car built for competition in endurance racing.

In addition, a more aggressive and rugged Z07 Performance Package will be available for the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. This fall, the automaker should announce the on-sale time for the model. The estimated price is around $87,000.
