The MINI Cooper S Convertible Resolute Edition is now arriving at U.S. dealers. It costs $41,250 including destination and handling.
The MINI Cooper S Convertible Resolute Edition is one of the brand’s special edition lineup for the 2023 model year. This time, it’s an open-top sporty 4-seater, the world’s single premium convertible for today from the segment of small cars. The company has already begun its mass production. The first cars will be soon hitting the roads.
Under the hood of the newcomer from MINI, there is a 2.0-liter 178-hp four-cylinder engine with MINI TwinPower Turbo Technology. The unit enables the car to speed up from 0-60 mph in 6.7 seconds.
The exterior embodies a classic go-kart feeling due to its 18-inch light-alloy wheels in Pulse Spoke Black, unique hood stripes, a Rebel Green body finish with the elements in Resolute Bronze, such as a grille, a fuel filler cap, door handles, lights, side scuttles, and air intakes.
Logos, inscriptions, tailpipes, an inner frame and a crossbar of the grille are finished in Piano Black. A soft top and exterior mirror caps are of black color. The only classic chrome feature is a trim strip at the height of the shoulder line.
In the cabin, you’ll see sports seats made of fabric or leatherette in exclusive Black Pearl or Light Checkered colors, the surfaces forming an exquisite pinstripe pattern in a light golden tone, an ambient lighting package, and a sport steering wheel in Nappa leather with a “RESOLUTE” emblem.
As for technologies, the Resolute Edition comes with the newest MINI operating system and newly compiled equipment packages allowing individual preferences.
