The first Mercedes-Benz EQC has rolled off the assembly line of the Bremen facility. The all-electric SUV can be ordered now.
The EQC is the first Mercedes-Benz series electric vehicle designed from scratch. Its production started at the company’s car factory in Bremen. The new model is assembled on one line with the C-class sedans and wagons, as well as the GLC and GLC Coupé.
Prices for the Mercedes-Benz EQC start at €71,281. The standard version is well equipped. The electric driving range is up to 292mi / 470km.
The main rival to the EQC will be the Audi e-tron. The latter is marketed well, although it is more expensive than the electric SUV from Mercedes-Benz. However, the e-tron has problems with deliveries, so the EQC got a head start.
