The 2021 Mercedes-AMG E63 S, both wagon and sedan, is coming with the same engine but tuned suspension to challenge to the BMW M5 and the Audi RS6 Avant.
Like the regular E-Class, this high-performance modification has undergone a comprehensive facelift.
Outside, the AMG E63 S got the Panamericana 300SL-inspired grille with 12 vertical slats, a bigger central star, aerodynamic 20-inch wheels.
At the rear of the sedan, you’ll see all-new horizontal taillights, an updated diffuser. On the wagon, the taillights inners are updated and resemble the new sedan’s now.
Inside, the E63 S comes with the latest MBUX system, a new steering wheel, larger shift paddles allowing direct intervention in the 9-speed gearbox.
The car comes with the same AMG GT’s twin-turbo 4.0-liter 608-hp V8 engine, and an all-wheel-drive system. Thanks to the new suspension tuning, Mercedes-AMG E63 S becomes more comfortable.
U. S. deliveries start in late 2020. The 2021 Mercedes-AMG E63 S should not be much more expensive than the 2020 cars with a price tag around $108,000-112,000.
