The Performance Manufacturing Center (PMC), Acura’s supercar factory in Marysville, Ohio, has released 330 individually numbered units of the 2020 MDX PMC Edition.
From February 1, 2020, the cars are available at selected Acura dealerships in North America: 300 units are for the Unites States and 30 ones for Canada.
The U.S. price is $63,745 including $1,995 destination and handling.
The Acura MDX PMC Edition combines premium features of the MDX Advance Package with the sportiness of the MDX A-Spec.
Master technicians of the factory, the same who built the Acura NSX supercar, assembled the MDX PMC Edition vehicles by hand.
The automaker offers its exclusive model only in Valencia Red Pearl color using nano-pigment technology. Looks very beautiful, indeed!
The car is powered by Acura’s 3.5-liter 290-hp i-VTEC V6 engine delivering 267 lb-ft of peak torque. The powertrain includes a fast-shifting highly refined 9-speed automatic gearbox and torque-vectoring super-handling all-wheel drive.
Among the exterior highlights there are 20-inch split-10-spoke wheels and wheel center caps, a roof panel, a roof antenna, exterior mirrors, door handles, a Diamond Pentagon grille – all in gloss black, as well as Jewel-Eye LED lighting.
Inside, Acura uses premium black Milano leather and Alcantara, metal finish, red stitching, premium floor mats.
The MDX PMC Edition receives Acura’s ELS Studio premium audio system with 10 speakers, Navigation System, AcuraWatch suite of safety and driver assist technologies.
