The upgraded Lexus lineup will be on display at the Chicago Auto Show this month.
The manufacturer is bringing the Lexus LX 600, NX, IS 500 SEMA Build to the 2022 Chicago Auto Show. The event is back to its traditional timeframe, February 12-21, at McCormick Place.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience the new vehicles from Lexus. Using the Interface simulator, they will be able to engage in the features of the new intuitive connected multimedia system, as well as to have a listening experience with the Mark Levinson sound system.
The 2022 Lexus LX 600 (upper photo) avant-garde designed flagship is powered by an all-new, efficient 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbo gasoline engine. The full-size SUV sits on the newly re-engineered body-on-frame platform.
The 2022 Lexus NX presents its entirely new platform that makes the model longer, wider, taller, and more spacious.
The new mid-size SUV offers 4 powertrains including a new 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine, and the first-ever plug-in hybrid NX 450h+. The latter provides 36 miles of electric-only range (EPA estimates). The next-gen Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, Digital Latch with Safe Exit Assist debuted on the NX.
The Lexus IS 500 SEMA Build is a high-performance sedan with a 3D-printed customized body kit developed in partnership with Hiraku Co. and Lexus ambassador, Townsend Bell.
The kit includes unique front fenders, side steps, bumper canards, spoilers, the hood and trunk made of Seibon carbon fiber, a rear diffuser. In the cabin, there is a bespoke Alcantara steering wheel and Sparco SPX carbon fiber reclining seats.
The 2022 NX starts at $39,025 in the USA including delivery, processing and handling fee and before other charges. The 2022 LX’s base price is $88,245. The on-sale Lexus IS 500 is available in the F Sport Performance variant and costs from $57 575.
