The final 991-generation Porsche 911 Speedster has gone to auction to help with COVID-19 relief.
A base price is $275,750. The vehicle is the last of 233,540 units of the 911’s 7th generation, which rolled off the assembly line in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen in December 2019.
The model comes with the GT Silver Metallic body color and the Heritage Design package. The car’s odometer shows 20 miles. It has never got registered.
This vehicle is special not just because it is the final representative of the most iconic Porsche 911, but also because it is auctioned through RM Sotheby’s online only platform.
The proceeds will be donated to help with the coronavirus relief.
A winning bidder gets a tour of the brand’s development facility, a bespoke Porsche Design watch and a book documenting the car’s trip.
