Jaguar F-Type is One Step Away From Becoming a Collectible Car

Jaguar will be an all-electric car brand by 2025, and its ‘gem’ – Jaguar F-Type is becoming a desirable classic, we suppose. The 2024 model year is its last.

The Jaguar F-Type has been in production for a decade. Now it is leaving: the 2024 F-Type made at Jaguar’s Castle Bromwich plant in the UK is the brand’s last sports car with an internal combustion engine.

As a farewell gesture, in 2023 Jaguar offers the F-Type 75 and F-Type R 75 special editions, along with the R-Dynamic F-Type to celebrate the model’s final year and 75 anniversary of gas-powered Jaguar sports cars. The cars priced from $77,900 to $115,000 MSRP are available with a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine in 444 and 575 horsepower forms, RWD or AWD, in both Coupe and Convertible body styles.

The 2024 Jaguar F-Type’s ranking is toward the back of the competitive luxury sports car segment because of its dated interior design and infotainment system, less athletic look, and higher price compared to rivals. Besides, traditionally for Jaguars, the F-Type’s dependability is comparatively low, and it is not the best choice if you want something stuffed with technology.

But still, the F-Type is a good vehicle, especially if you like brutish sports cars with a big, biblically roaring V8 engine up front, and if to take into consideration that this model goes out of production. Few cars, indeed, are as visually stunning and audibly satisfying as this ‘British cat’. In addition to muscular engines, it offers a well-balanced ride and handling, and a decent list of standard features.

Today the Jaguar F-Type is a desirable exotic machine, and no doubt, it will become an ultra-desirable classic.
