In a week, at the 2019 NAIAS in Detroit, Infiniti presents its first fully-electric crossover concept – the Infiniti QX Inspiration.
It is an embodiment of a new brand style for electromobiles based on a new platform. Nearly a month ago we saw a teaser. Now the company has published two official photos of the upcoming model.
The public premiere will take place at the Detroit Auto Show which opens on January, 14, 2019.
Infiniti claims the newcomer will show the electric future of the brand and its plans for mass production of EVs. The QX Inspiration is also the first vehicle on which the automaker tries its fresh styling.
Instead of regular rear-view mirrors the concept car uses video cameras. A luminous imitation substitutes the radiator grille. There is miniature optics and a nameplate with a luminous brand name.
The QX Inspiration’s new platform adapted for electric vehicles allows creating lounge-styled interiors, as well as using manual work to make traditional Japanese stylish details in the cabin.
