All-new Hyundai Santa Cruz, which was unveiled last month, is now available for reservation. The automaker has shared more details about trim levels, colors, and equipment the model provides.
There are four grades customers can choose from: SE, SEL, SEL Premium, and Limited. The first two come with a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter inline-four 190-hp engine paired with an 8-speed hydraulic automatic transmission. With this engine, the vehicle has a towing capacity of 3500 pounds and a payload of 1748 pounds.
The rest trim levels come with a more powerful turbocharged version of that engine delivering over 275 hp and providing towing of up to 5000 lbs. An 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is available in this case.
Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is optional.
An 8.0-inch infotainment touchscreen is standard on the SE models. A proximity-key entry, a power driver’s seat, heated front seats, a blind spot monitoring system are available for the SEL trim level.
SEL Premium offers LED headlights, automatic climate control. The range-topping Limited comes with a premium audio system, a 10.3-inch infotainment system, cooling of front seats.
There is a variety of exterior color choices for the Hyundai Santa Cruz: Blue Stone, Hampton Grey, Ice White, Desert Sand, Sage Gray, Phantom Black.
