A series of the latest spy shots show the new 2021 Ford Bronco in an all-terrain outfit.
The Bronco will have an off-road trim level possibly named ‘FX4’ or ‘ Raptor’ by analogy with the Ranger and F-150, or somehow else.
Ford is currently testing the off-road kit on the Bronco prototype, which is distinguished with Goodyear Wrangler knobby all-terrain tires and beadlock wheels, a raised suspension and flared fenders.
Round headlamps and LED accent lighting peep out from under camouflage. Other distinctions of the mule are a huge spare wheel and a small center high-mounted stoplight, the Bronco logo on center caps.
The front end has retro style touches imitating the original Ford Bronco. A swing-gate would be pertinent at the rear to get to cargo area.
A production-ready off-road vehicle may differ from the prototype, we hope, not radically.
