The Ford Mustang Mach-E has already collected many reservations. Expect it will enter the market in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The automaker introduced it in November 2019 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The model is celebrating the high demand.
Ford says a large number of customers have placed pre-orders. The First Edition version, for example, is already sold out for 2021.
What is interesting, the Mustang Mach-E will be launched simultaneously in two key markets – Europe and North America. The first deliveries to customers should start from October 2020.
Ford offers a choice from two drive variants (rear-wheel or all-wheel), two battery sizes (75.7kWh or 98.8kWh) and several power options for the model (255-, 282-, 332-, 459-hp). Both battery packs have a claimed 0-60 mph time of under 7.0 seconds. The driving ranges are between 210-300 miles (338-483 km).
This year the SUV will be available in the First Edition, Select, California Route 1 and Premium trim levels. The GT Performance trim will be added next year, about 30% of reservations are made for this variant.
Prices for the first model year are from $44,895 to $65,500 (from £46,570 in the UK).
