According to the latest information from Mach-E Forum citing the message Norwegian customers got, deliveries of the Ford Mustang Mach-E should start in November 2020.
Ford is forming it production plan and delivery schedule. Customers will be able to finally confirm their reservations, apply for financing, find out the final prices and order accessories in late June or July 2020 instead of May, as it was planned before.
Ford recommends the reservation holders not to make changes to pre-orders, as it can result in some later production. The individuals who still want to change their pre-orders should contact Ford’s Customer Service.
Pre-orders are safely kept. They can be cancelled free at any time, until the order is finally confirmed.
Deliveries are due to start simultaneously in Europe and the U.S in late fall this year. We do hope the coronavirus will recede by this time.
Manufacturers working with dealer networks usually start production 2-3 months before to handle the vehicles to new owners. Thus, if Ford intends to begin deliveries to customers in November, production is to commence in July-August 2020.
