The New York Auto Show organizers have rescheduled the event due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Not to endanger the health of visitors and participants, the 2020 New York International Auto Show is shifted from early April to late August.
We’ve expected it on April 10-19 at the Javits Center, but COVID-19 ‘made adjustments’. In the past weeks, the disease has spread in New York State.
Therefore, this important American and international automotive event joins Geneva and Beijing as a major car show felled by the epidemic.
The New York Auto Show usually opens before Easter on weekends and closes on the first Sunday after Easter. It has a 120-year-old tradition, and is attended by more than one million people annually.
This-year New York show press days will be on August 26-27, the public days – from August 28 through September 6, 2020.
