Chevrolet Accepts Pre-Orders for the 2020 Corvette

Chevrolet has opened an order book for the 2020 Corvette. The time for making reservations is limited.

Customers can already order the latest-iteration sports car from participating dealers on the brand’s official website.

The company says that if a buyer has already submitted a reservation request in advance or made a deposit with a particular dealer, there is no need to do this again.

After booking on Chevrolet’s website, the dealer will contact the customer to complete the preliminary order for the 2020 Corvette. A specialist will help choose a car configuration and discuss further actions with the buyer.

Thus, a potential owner of the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette just needs to go to the automaker’s website, select a specific dealer and enter his or her personal data. True, as Chevrolet explains, the time to make a reservation is limited.

It is going about the 2020 Corvette Stingray so far. Chevy focuses on this.

The new Stingray is powered by the next-generation 6.0-liter eight-cylinder LT2 engine. This is the only naturally aspirated V8 in the segment. The engine produces 495 horsepower (369 kW) and 637 Nm (470 lb-ft) of torque – the highest performance for any entry-level Corvette.

A week ago, the first new-generation Stingray rolled off the assembly line. The plant will begin to supply cars at a price of $59,995.

Chevrolete has not confirmed production volumes for 2020. An open-top version will join later this year.

The Chevy Corvette will be available soon in the U.S. market – in late February or early March, the manufacturer promises. Retail prices have not been announced yet.
