British Comedian Duo Tests the Land Rover Discovery Towing Capacity

Jack and Michael Whitehall, the famous British television personalities, demonstrate the new Land Rover Defender’s tow technology in action in a new movie.

The legendary model celebrates 30 Years. Comedian Jack Whitehall and his father Michael are travelling on a Land Rover Discovery, and we can see this ride in a video.

  • Towing capacity: Jack demonstrates the ability of the vehicle to steer automatically using the Advanced Tow Assist technology.
  • Race against time: under the guidance of his father, Jack reverses a 6.8-meter Airstream trailer along a narrow tidal dam from the La Corbeier Lighthouse in Jersey back to the coast.
  • Intuitive control: Jack shows how easy it is to tow a trailer backwards using a center-mounted adjuster and a rearview camera to control the trailer.
