American Top Sellers through the 1st Quarter of 2020

Car and Driver editors have compiled a ranking of the best-selling vehicles in the United States from January to March 2020.

The coronavirus affected auto sales, but have not fully stop them. People continue buying cars, although the business activity is greatly reduced.

The TOP 10 of 2020 as of April 1 includes:

  • 10. Nissan Rogue 59,716 units
  • 9. Honda Civic 63,944 units
  • 8. Toyota Corolla 69,214 units
  • 7. Honda CR-V 71,186 units
  • 6. Chevrolet Equinox 73,453 units
  • 5. Toyota Camry 77,188 units
  • 4. Toyota RAV4 97,631 units
  • 3. Ram Pickup 128,805 units
  • 2. Chevrolet Silverado 143,698 units
  • 1. Ford F-Series 186,562 units

No surprise, no suddenness…As we can see, Americans do not change their preferences.
