2023 Mazda CX-5 Starts at $27,975, Available at Dealers This Fall

2023 Mazda CX-5

The new-model-year Mazda CX-5 enters the North American market. Its pricing has been announced today.

The automaker has revealed pricing and packaging for the 2023 Mazda CX-5. America’s bestseller will be available in an all-new premium exterior color – Rhodium White, with the same standard i-Activ AWD system and in eight well-equipped trim levels, according to Mazda North American Operations.

Why Mazda CX-5 Is a Great Choice

A classy high-quality cabin with thought-out details, a sporty ride, and athletic handling on curvy roads in addition to plenty of standard safety features are the strengths of the model.

Nevertheless, the CX-5 offers less cargo space and rear-seat room than some rivals, like the Honda CR-V or the Hyundai Tucson.

The CR-V has better fuel economy and boasts one of the biggest luggage compartments in the class – 75.8 ft3 with folded-down rear seats. The CX-5 boasts more responsive handling, more infotainment features, and a nicer interior.

The Tucson’s cabin, safety level, and ride quality are as good as the Mazda’s, but the Hyundai model offers more room for passengers and cargo.

Paint is a critical part of car design according to Mazda’s KODO philosophy. Apart from Rhodium White, other color variants will be Machine Gray Premium and Soul Red Crystal Metallic, all cost $595.

Safety is also an important point for Mazda. The standard safety pack for the 2023 model includes Radar Cruise Control with Stop and Go function, Smart Brake Support and Advanced Smart City Brake Support, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Lane Keep Assist, and Blind Spot Monitoring.

The new 2023 pricing per trim levels, including a destination charge, is the following: 2.5 S – $27,975, 2.5 S Select – $29,775, 2.5 S Preferred – $30,865, 2.5 S Carbon Edition – $31,775, 2.5 S Premium – $33,675, 2.5 S Premium Plus – $36,775, 2.5 Turbo – $38,125, and 2.5 Turbo Signature – $40,925.

The U.S.-spec 2023 Mazda CX-5 cars will be arriving at dealerships this fall.
