The 2022 Toyota Tundra Capstone version provides premium features and upgrades. This new halo model in the Tundra lineup will arrive at dealerships this spring.
According to the official press release, the 2022 Toyota Tundra Capstone is a new flagship added to the model lineup that offers an exceptionally loaded package.
On the exterior side, the new version features standard 22-inch chrome wheels, the largest ever on the Tundra, a handsome front part, a unique grille with a color-keyed outer frame, a chrome inner mesh pattern, and subtle chrome mirror caps, chrome “TUNDRA” tailgate inserts, chrome trim accents.
The most interesting things are in the cabin.

Other highlights include Adaptive Variable Suspension and load-leveling rear height control air suspension. The Towing Technology Package comes as a standard feature on the Tundra Capstone. It offers Trailer Back Guidance (helps maneuver the trailer), Straight Path Assist (ensures the truck and the trailer will back up in a straight line), 360-degree cameras to aid with areas around the truck and the trailer.
When connected with the trailer brake controller, the Blind Spot Monitor recognizes blind spots for both the truck and the trailer.
The 2022 Toyota Tundra Capstone will be available this spring, and only in a CrewMax body configuration with a 5.5-foot bed. The carmaker offers such color choices for this version as Supersonic Red and Blueprint, Magnetic Gray Metallic, Midnight Black Metallic, Wind Chill Pearl, and Celestial Silver Metallic.
