2022 Subaru WRX Pricing Announced: From $30,000

The manufacturer has officially revealed the U.S. pricing for the all-new 2022 Subaru WRX. The car will arrive at dealers this spring.

The Subaru WRX is available in four trims: entry-level Base, mid-level Premium, top-level Limited, and a new hot GT coming only with the Subaru Performance Transmission (SPT).

The models with a 6-speed automatic transmission cost from $30,100 (Base), $32,600 (Premium), and $36,990 (Limited). The SPT vehicles’ prices are $31,950, $34,650 and $39,240, respectively.

The GT variant is $42,890. The WRX Premium 6MT with a Harman Kardon Speaker System + Moonroof will cost an additional $1,875, namely $34,475. The new prices include a $995 destination and delivery fee.

The 2022 WRX sits on the Subaru Global Platform and is powered by a new 2.4-liter 271-hp turbocharged Subaru BOXER engine that delivers 271 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque.

Every Subaru WRX is equipped with the brand’s famous Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and Active Torque Vectoring.

A tablet-style 11.6-inch Subaru Starlink Multimedia Plus infotainment system and the latest-generation EyeSight Driver Assist Technology with Advanced Adaptive Cruise Control are newly available on the model for this year.

The WRX GT, new for 2022, exclusively comes with electronically controlled dampers with Comfort, Normal, and Sport settings. The new Drive Mode Select system allows configuring up to 430 customization options through the multimedia display.

This version features 18-in aluminum alloy wheels in matte gray, 245/40 R18 summer performance tires, Recaro seats, Auto Vehicle Hold,  Electronic Parking Brake, paddle-shift switches, SI-Drive.
