2022 Infiniti Q50 Goes on Sale in North America

The Q50 adds some new smart features for the 2022 model year and will begin arriving at U.S. and Canada’s dealerships this month. 2022 Infiniti Q50 priced at $43,125.

The Infiniti Q50 has received several updates. For the next, 2022 model year, the luxury sedan comes in three well-loaded trim levels – Luxe, Sensory, and Red Sport 400, all are available with Infiniti’s Intelligent All-Wheel Drive that costs an additional $2,000.

The base Q50 Luxe starts at $43,125. Wireless Apple CarPlay compatibility and Bose Performance Series Audio are newly standard for 2022. The base equipment also includes leather-appointed seats and 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels.

Moreover, all Q50 grades come with a power tilt and telescoping steering wheel, power-folding outside mirrors with reverse tilt-down, a dual-occupant memory system that remembers the steering wheel, seat, outside mirror position, and power lumbar adjustment of the driver’s seat.

Every 2022 Infiniti Q50 is powered by an efficient and powerful 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 that produces from 300 to 400 horsepower. The engine is mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode and Downshift Rev Matching.

As for the rest trim levels, Sensory costs $48,825, Red Sport 400 is priced at $56,975. All prices include a destination and handling charge.

The Q50 Sensory trim joined for the 2021 model year. For 2022, it offers optional sumptuous Saddle Brown leather-appointed seats.

The Q50 Red Sport 400 features Dynamic Digital Suspension, black exterior accents, aluminum pedals, unique 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, semi-aniline leather-appointed surfaces.

8,482 Q50s were sold in the USA in the first half of 2021. This result is the second for the brand in the country, behind the QX50 bestseller with its 13,749 sales. Let’s not forget that Infiniti is a premium brand, whose offerings are at the higher price level, and mass sales are rare for the luxury car segment.

Expect to see the newest Infiniti Q50 cars in showrooms in late September.

Recall that one of the most significant events for the brand in 2021 took place this summer. At the end of June, the new generation Infiniti QX60 crossover was officially presented. Prices for the US have already been announced. All-new 2022 Infiniti QX60 coming to dealers this fall.
