Yesterday Hyundai Motor America announced prices for the new 2022 Tucson crossover, including a hybrid and an N-Line version.
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED headlights and daytime running lights, HD Radio, a larger 8-inch display are newly standard for the 2022 model.
The safety pack now includes Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, Rear Occupant Alert, Pedestrian Detection, Lane Following Assist, High Beam Assist, Downhill Brake Control and Trailer Sway Control.
A new, more powerful 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine is added, which transmits power via a Shiftronic 8-speed automatic transmission.
Other variant available is a 1.6L GDI Turbo 4-cylinder mated to a 6-speed automatic Shiftronic.
The vehicle’s towing capacity increased from 1,500 to 2,000 pounds.
The hybrid Tucson comes with standard HTRAC AWD capability with special modes to better adapt to terrain and weather conditions, including a Snow mode.
The Hyundai Tucson N Line has more aggressive appearance and combines dynamic design elements with motorsport-inspired details.
For the new Tucson, Hyundai offers:

- 7-year anti-perforation warranty;
- complimentary maintenance of 3 years / 36,000 miles of normal oil changes and tire rotations.
