The latest teasers photos released by Hyundai uncover design details.
The automaker promises the upcoming Tucson will be larger and wider that the predecessor. The SUV will be available worldwide in both long- and short-wheelbase variants.
In the recent photos, we can see the new Tucson’s front and rear ends, as well as the instrument panel inside. The exterior design largely resembles that of the Hyundai Vision T Concept (in the photo above) which the automaker unveiled at the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show.
2022 Hyundai Tucson features the angular grille design, integrated headlamps called Parametric Hidden Lights. The taillights expose themselves in the form of a thin line under the rear window and vertical simple narrow bars (a deviation from the Vision T).
A single photo of the interior reveals a protruded infotainment screen with buttons flush with its surface. Air vents run the width of the dashboard.
The official debut of the new Hyundai Tucson is set to happen on September 14 at 7:30 p.m. ET (Sept. 15 at 1.30 a.m. CEST) at the company’s website.
