The Kia Telluride for the 2021 model year looks so stylish with black accents from the new Nightfall package.
The popular, award-winning three-row Telluride has got one more opportunity now to be liked by customers. The blacked-out Nightfall package will be available for the EX AWD with the Premium package, SX AWD, and SX Prestige trim levels.
The Kia Telluride Nightfall Edition features a unique black grille, LED headlights, specific 20-inch wheels. There are plenty of black accents including fog lamps with a black inner bezel, gloss-black roof rails, badging, door/window trim, skid plates.
The colors to choose from are a new Wolf Gray, Dark Moss, Black Copper, Snow White Pearl, Everlasting Silver, Gravity Gray, Ebony Black, Sangria.
The Nightfall package’s price is $1295. If you select the EX AWD trim plus the $1695 Premium package, the price totals $43,550.
The SX AWD is $46,555, the SX AWD with the Prestige package will cost you $48,855.
The Nightfall Edition vehicles will reach the dealership by the end of the summer.
UPDATE 07-19-20: The 2021 Kia Sportage also got the Nightfall Edition starting at $28,210 (including destination). It slots a new trim level in between the S and EX. A Nightfall Premium will cost $30,210, AWD adds $1,500 to the price for the Nightfall and $1,800 for the Nightfall Premium. On sale – coming weeks.
The 2021 Kia Telluride offers four trim levels, namely: LX ($31,990), S ($34,390), EX ($37,390) and SX ($42,190).
All Tellurides come with a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter V6 that delivers 291 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The towing capacity is 5,000 lbs.
The Kia Telluride is a good choice if you look for a family vehicle with some off-road abilities. Less rugged family-friendly alternatives to it are the Chevrolet Traverse or the Kia Sedona.
The Telluride’s advantages are the gentle ride, large cargo hold, a decent list of safety functions, a handsome cabin, but the model is not as agile as its rivals.
