Acura has started production of the TLX sports sedan. Sales will begin in a month, with the base price from $38,525.
Honda’s Marysville, Ohio plant is the production site for the model. The turbocharged engines for the new Acura TLX will be made at Acura’s Anna plant in Ohio, namely a standard 2.0-liter 272 inline-four that replaces the previous naturally aspirated 2.4-liter 4-cylinder mill, and a 3.0-liter 355-hp V6, which is 65 hp more powerful than before.
The prices for the 2021 Acura TLX start at $38,525 and go over $50,000. The sedan offers a variety of trim levels. The cars with the Technology package cost from $42,525. A more rugged A-Spec version is priced at $45,275. The Advance Package TLX starts at$47,325.
The base TLX goes on sale from September 28, 2020. The range-topping hot Acura TLX Type S will reach dealerships not earlier than the spring of 2021.
