The pre-series tests of the 2020 Porsche Cayenne Coupe crossover are entering their final phase. During races on the Nürburgring track the new car flaunted not only without camouflage, but also showcased one of its highlights – an active rear wing.
Not so long ago we already wrote about the Cayenne’s coupe-like modification. Then the crossover got into cameras of carparazzi almost undisguised too, but the rear wing was hidden.
Now at the Nurburgring the Cayenne Coupe appeared in all its glory with one of the sports car’s key elements.
The coupe version is almost the same technically as the base car, with which the new vehicle shares its powertrain. A 680-hp Turbo S E-Hybrid is also expected in the future.
The Porsche Cayenne Coupe will officially debut in 2019. The crossover will arrive to the US market by late next year – early 2020.
The Cayenne has changed generations in the current year. The third-generation model came to the market.
