Nissan prepares to unveil a new Titan full-size pickup truck.
The presentation of the 2020 production-ready model will take place in a week, on September 26, 2019 at the State Fair of Texas.
Interested people can watch the event on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube channels of Nissan.
The new vehicle can boast a unique ‘hot’ Nissan badge with lava red accents found on an off-road PRO-4X model.
Detailed information about the pickup will come along with its reveal.
Meanwhile, Nissan has posted a video teaser previewing the newcomer.
The next Titan goes on sale in North America in early 2020.
The model family includes a standard (half-ton) version, the Titan XD, as well as the Single Cab, Crew Cab, King Cab modifications. 4×2 or 4×4 drive configurations are available and three bed lengths – 5.5, 6.5 and 8 feet.
The current 2017 Nissan Titan (a standard version) debuted at the 2016 Chicago Auto Show. It is offered in five trim levels – S, SV, PRO-4X, SL and Platinum Reserve, which will likely retain for the 2020 model.
At the heart of the 2017 Titan’s powertrain there is a 5.6-liter Endurance V8 gasoline engine producing 390 horsepower and 401 lb.-ft. of torque. It is combined with a 7-speed automatic transmission. A V6 gasoline engine is available as well.
Currently the Nissan Titan base price is from $30,690 for the three-seat Single Cab vehicle. King Cab versions start at $33,960, Crew Cab ones – at $36,680.
The 2020 Titan pricing should not go far from that of the 2017 model.
