Orders are being accepted now for the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica AWD Launch Edition. Deliveries of this version will start in the fall of 2020.
The all-wheel-drive package comes only with the Touring L trim level and cost additional $3,095.
So, customers who want to get the new AWD layout (with the Stow ‘n Go rear seats, by the way) on the 2020 Pacifica, will have to pay from $41,735 for the vehicle.
Apart from the 2020 models with AWD as an option, the company is updating the minivan for the 2021 model year too.
The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica will arrive at the end of this year. It offers an all-wheel-drive modification – for the first time on the brand’s minivans since 2004.
The Pacifica AWD Launch Edition’s all-wheel-drive system with a brake-lock differential is the same as the 2021 Pacifica’s.
The 2020 Pacificas with all-wheel drive have 18-inch wheels, a distinctive AWD badge and Chrysler emblems, gloss-black exterior trim.
In the cabin, there is brushed metal trim and the seats in black perforated leather with gray stitching. An 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen comes standard.
The Uconnect navigation and theater are optional, as well as the Advanced SafetyTec package, a programmable key fob, a three-pane panoramic sunroof and trailer towing.
The current 2020 Chrysler Pacifica is priced between $34,045-44,795. It is one of the best minivans for the money. Besides, the Pacifica is a very good family vehicle that offers a smooth ride, a high-end cabin, though its seats are rather firm.
In addition, the model can boast an intuitive infotainment system and an extensive list of features available.
At the same time, its has a subpar predicted reliability rating, and provides less cargo space than rivals, like the Honda Odyssey, for example. Furthermore, the latter has sharper handling.
