A brand new 2020 BMW X6 has come into the field of view of carparazzi on the racetrack in protective camouflage. It will be officially presented in the fall of 2019.
The prototype of the third-generation BMW X6 recently passed a dynamic test at the Nurburgring, where spies spotted it. Apparently, the crossover coupe is undergoing final refinement and will be unveiled this fall at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
As for the test car, we can note several facts. The new X6 slightly differs from the outgoing model, what is typical for German automakers. The interior has been photographed. At first glance, it looks almost identical to the interior of the new X5, but we see just a pre-production prototype.
The BMW X6 was first introduced as a concept in 2007 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Six months later, a production version debuted. The X6 has become a pioneer in a completely new crossover coupe or Sports Activity Coupé (SAC) class. Today not only BMW, but also Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche have such models.
