The 2021 Wards 10 Best Interiors List was completed the other day. Experts chose from new models present on the U.S. market. They were identifying every winner within two past weeks. The TOP 10 includes 7 crossovers, 2 sedans and a pickup.

Wards Auto has just compiled its annual 10 Best Interiors List having selected from 33 nominees with fully new of significantly updated interiors. Quite predictably most of the winners are utility vehicles – CUVs (crossovers) and SUVs.

In 2021, thru Sept. 30, crossovers had the largest sales share in the United States – 45.3 percent, while cars accounted for 22.8 percent, pickup trucks – 18.2 percent, body-on-frame SUVs – 9.1 percent, and 4.6 percent for vans.

When assessing the interiors, the jury took into consideration such characteristics of the cabin as comfort, ergonomics, aesthetics, safety, quality of materials, and how user-friendly and fit-and-finish controls and displays are.
