The V60 and S60 models are among the safest cars which passed tests according to the new protocol.
Both are based on the same Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) and equipped with the same Volvo’s safety technologies as their ‘elder brother’ XC60 and flagship models of the 90 Series.
An active City Safety system with AEB is standard in all Volvo models. However, for the first time in the world, City Safety in the S60 and V60 additionally includes auto-braking technology to prevent a head-on collision.
