Updated Renault Captur Spied On Tests
The updated Renault Captur compact SUV is being tested now and caught the eyes of car paparazzi.
The current Captur is rather aging, and generation change is due. The new car will evolve compared to the previous model.
Short front and rear overhangs, a sharp front end – all this we’ve already seen on the current-generation Renalt Captur. But a rear pillar will change more and be less vertical than it is now.
The available spy photos do not give a chance to evaluate the interior. We expect an expanded list of equipment and some upgrades in design.
The crossover is based on the CMF-B platform, which the new generations of the Renault Clio hatchback and the Nissan Juke SUV will utilize too.
They all will share the engine lineup, including improved versions of the current 1.3-and 1.5-liter motors.
The new Renault Captur should debut in mid-2019 and go on sale in the European market until the end of next year.
